The Great Skedaddle Wine Tour

The Great Skedaddle Wine Tour includes three wineries: Pearmund Cellars (Fauquier), Vint Hill Craft Winery (Fauquier), and The Winery at Bull Run (Prince William). This wine tour costs $20.00 and you can purchase the punch card at any of the three wineries. There is no expiration date, so no need to rush to them all in one day (or you totally can…I don’t judge). The wine tour includes a wine tasting and a souvenier glass from each participating winery. When you reach the third winery, you get a special gift.

I first heard about this wine tour with my friend Valerie when we went to Pearmund Cellars for a wine tasting. Pearmund Cellars is in a great location and the property provides many photo opportunities. The photo featured above is from Pearmund Cellars – we loved this room with all the wine barrels! Their wine was great and we liked the atmosphere, so we will definitely go back. We purchased the punch card and headed over to The Winery at Bull Run. The views are beautiful there, and the artwork inside is awesome. I’d love to come back here with a larger group sometime.

We weren’t able to hit Vint Hill Craft Winery on the same day, but we did a few weeks later. The location is neat, and The Covert Cafe located right beside it has amazing food! I was personally a little disappointed in the wines here, but the staff was friendly. It was the last stop on the wine tour and our gift was a wine glass with all three winery logos on it, along with The Great Skedaddle logo. I think the wine tour was definitely worth the $20.00 fee for three tastings and four wine glasses. It’s also a great way to try three different area wineries at your own pace.
